Start Time
Our tours start between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, ensuring you have ample time to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Wadi Rum.
Day 1 - Morning Highlights
We begin our adventure with a visit to Lawrence Spring, a natural water source nestled halfway up a mountain. From this elevated spot, you’ll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of Wadi Rum’s vast desert landscape. Next, we make our way to the Red Dune, a towering sand formation offering a thrilling climb to the top. From here, you can take in even more spectacular scenery before experiencing the exhilarating rush of running down the soft, golden sands. Our journey continues to Khazali Canyon, an iconic site renowned for its ancient petroglyphs and refreshing waterholes. As you walk through the narrow canyon walls, you’ll discover centuries-old inscriptions that tell the stories of past travelers and civilizations. A short drive brings us to Little Bridge, the first of three remarkable natural rock bridges we will visit throughout the day. Here, you’ll have the chance to climb the arch and admire the stunning views of the surrounding valley, capturing unforgettable moments from this unique geological wonder. Before concluding our morning exploration, we visit the legendary Lawrence House, a site steeped in history and believed to have been a resting place for T.E. Lawrence during his time in Wadi Rum.

Day 1 - Lunch Time
We continue our journey deeper into the heart of the desert, navigating through breathtaking landscapes until we arrive at a serene and scenic location, perfect for a midday break. Here, your guide will prepare a freshly made traditional Bedouin lunch, offering you a taste of authentic desert cuisine.
After enjoying your meal, take some time to unwind—whether by relaxing in the peaceful surroundings or venturing on a short walk to explore the beauty of the area at your own pace. This tranquil pause allows you to fully embrace the essence of the desert before we resume our adventure.
During the winter months, the shorter daylight hours require us to resume our journey immediately after lunch, ensuring we make the most of the available daylight.
In contrast, during the summer season, we take an extended break after lunch, allowing time to rest and recharge while avoiding the intense midday heat. This pause provides an opportunity to relax in the shade or enjoy the tranquil desert atmosphere before continuing our adventure.
Day 1 - In the Afternoon
Our afternoon adventure begins with a scenic drive to Mushroom Rock, a fascinating natural formation shaped by centuries of wind and erosion. After a brief stop to admire and photograph this unique landmark, we continue our journey through the golden sands of the yellow desert, where endless dunes stretch toward the horizon.
Our next destination is the Burdah Rock Bridge viewpoint, where we pause to take in the breathtaking sight of this massive natural arch and the surrounding desert expanse. This iconic rock formation is one of Wadi Rum’s most impressive, standing as a testament to the raw beauty of the landscape.
From there, we head toward the Abu Khashaba Canyon, a narrow and unexpectedly lush passage that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding desert. This scenic canyon offers a refreshing 30-45 minute walk, allowing you to immerse yourself in its peaceful atmosphere. Since this is a walking-only trail, your guide will drive around the mountain to meet you at the canyon’s exit.
We then continue to Um Fruth Rock Bridge, where adventure seekers can enjoy a short yet exhilarating scramble to the top of this striking rock arch. Standing atop the bridge offers a rewarding view of the surrounding desert, making for an unforgettable experience.
As the day winds down, we make our way to Um Sabbath, the perfect vantage point to witness the sun dipping below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of fiery orange and deep red—a breathtaking end to an incredible day.

Day 1 - The Overnight Stay
For your night in the desert, we provide three unique accommodation options: a tent at our camp, outdoor sleeping near the camp, or an open-air experience at our ‘cave’. You can explore the details of each option by visiting our accommodations page.
As the sun sets, we will take you to your chosen overnight location. Upon arrival at the camp, you will receive a brief introduction to the layout and operations before being shown to your tent or the designated outdoor sleeping area. If you opt for the cave experience, everything is naturally straightforward, offering a simple yet immersive way to connect with the desert.
A traditional Bedouin dinner will be served at both the camp and cave, allowing you to savor authentic flavors prepared in the heart of the desert. After dinner, the evening is yours to enjoy—whether by sitting with fellow travelers and guides to learn more about Bedouin culture, engaging in lighthearted conversations, or simply gazing at the endless night sky filled with billions of stars while embracing the serene desert silence.
Day 2 - In the Morning
Whether you choose to spend the night at our campsite or in the cave, witnessing the sunrise over the desert is an unforgettable experience. The first light of day slowly reveals the vast landscape, painting the dunes and mountains in shades of gold and orange. If you need recommendations on the best spots to watch the sunrise or the exact timing, feel free to ask—we are always happy to help.
At 7 AM, breakfast will be served, giving you time to enjoy a traditional meal and prepare for the exciting day ahead.
Our morning adventure begins with a scenic drive through the untouched desert, leading us toward Jebel Umm ad Dami, Jordan’s highest peak. This tour starts with a one-hour drive south through Wadi Rum’s dramatic landscape to the mountain’s base. The hike begins in a sandy valley, passing a Nabatean dam before ascending a rocky trail to the summit, marked by a Jordanian flag. From the top, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views stretching across Wadi Rum, the mountains of Saudi Arabia, and, on clear days, even the Red Sea. After soaking in the incredible scenery, descend back to the valley floor, with the hike taking approximately 2-3 hours.

Day 2 - In the Afternoon
Our afternoon adventure begins with a scenic drive through the southern landscapes of Wadi Rum, revealing more of the region’s untouched beauty.
Our first stop is a traditional Bedouin dam, where your guide will explain the ingenious methods used to construct dams that collect and store water for the dry season. These structures are essential for survival in the desert, showcasing the resourcefulness of the Bedouin way of life.
Next, we continue to Um al-Samn, home to a fascinating rock formation known as "the eye", an extraordinary natural rock bridge. If you're feeling adventurous, you can climb the bridge and even ascend further up the mountain for panoramic desert views that stretch endlessly into the horizon.
From there, we visit another uniquely shaped rock known as Cow Rock—though some refer to it as Chicken Rock. We leave it to you to decide which name suits it best! This playful stop adds a touch of wonder and curiosity to our journey.
As the day comes to a close, we make our way to Um Sabatah, where we’ll witness another stunning desert sunset. As the sky transforms into vibrant hues of orange, pink, and deep red, it marks a perfect ending to our desert exploration.

Day 2 - The Overnight Stay
We provide two options for your second overnight stay: a tent at our camp or the experience of sleeping outdoors near the camp, under the vast desert sky.
As the sun sets, we will head back to our camp. If this is your first night with us, we will give you a brief introduction to the camp’s layout and facilities before guiding you to your tent or the designated outdoor sleeping area.
A traditional Bedouin dinner will be served, allowing you to enjoy an authentic meal prepared in the heart of the desert. After dinner, the evening is yours—relax under the stars, share stories with fellow travelers, or simply embrace the peaceful silence of the desert night.
